My Elixir journey

I began learning Elixir when I joined Petlove, and it quickly became more than just a curiosity—it became a key tool in my developer journey. Not long after getting started, I had the opportunity to contribute to my first production project, which gave me the confidence to dive deeper.

As I grew more comfortable with the language, I started building new systems from scratch and migrating legacy ones—gradually applying the strangler pattern to break them down into efficient microservices.

Over time, I expanded my focus to include building smart integrations with LLM-powered services, using Elixir's robust concurrency and fault tolerance to handle complex workflows with ease.

From backend automation to powerful APIs, Elixir has become an essential part of how I solve problems and deliver value.
